Brixwell Investors LLC started in 2018 when friends and families expressed their interest in investing in real state fix and flip projects.

Upon completion of multiple successful projects of fix and flip, we made the project to be known as a stable investment to make money grow and started to accept new investors.

Brixwell Investors LLC goal is to manage $25 million of investor capital by the end of 2029.

THE FIX-AND-FLIP METHOD

The investors get a percentage of the benefits.
8%-12% annual return on investment
Reimbursement method: Global sum at the end of the project.

STEP 1

Schedule a call to discuss your funds. Establish some realistic expectations and comply with the requirements of the company.

STEP 2

Once the contracts are fulfilled and executed and the funds has been received the search for the property will begin.

STEP 3

Assist the weekly sheriff sales until a purchase is made. It is also possible an opportunity present outside the sheriff sale. The money will be put to work as soon as possible. After ensuring a property you will be notified and kept updated each step of the way.

STEP 4

Once the reforms are finished the property is sold the investors receive their part of the interest gained and have the option to recover their capital o repeat the process to keep growing.
